In the first half of the twentieth century, there was a distinct divide between people who attended four year colleges or universities and those who went into specific careers that required technical skills. The latter individuals usually attended what were called trade schools or entered apprenticeship programs to learn a trade. In the past several decades, however, a hybrid form of education has become increasingly popular that combines the practical application of a trade school with the broader education of a more traditional university. This newer, more modern form of education is the career college.

Living in Essex practically all of my life, I have found that the best-paid jobs are normally based in London or in the main cities. The trouble is that you may find the same job role in London to be offered better pay, with more benefits and lots of time off annual leave. The problem here is that if you do obtain a job in Essex, you are not likely to receive the same sort of treatment as you would if you were in London. However, the working environment could not be more different.

Green care farming is a fast growing business and the demand after such services has increased over the past five years. Approximately 1 500 farms offer Care services and the number is anticipated to increase further. Green iguanas, not surprisingly, are green in colour, but can be found in many different shades ranging from bright green, to a dull, greyish-green. Their skin is rough, with a set of pointy scales along the iguana’s back.

Our daily lives are filled with reports of tragedies: Children are abandoned, parents are murdered in senseless crimes, terrible tenement fires kill whole families, and children die of starvation with horrible frequency. People often wonder why these things happen, but they keep happening.

Many educators debate what the purpose of a graduate education should be. Some believe that such education is all about teaching a way of thinking, as law schools often do with their emphasis on the Socratic Method for using dialog to find solutions. Others argue that you should be learning a best practice way to perform a profession, as medical schools attempt to do. Still others attempt to prepare you to solve your own problems, regardless of what your job throws at you, as many business schools do through case studies involving well-known corporations.
